Ingredients

  • 10 oz. bag fresh ravioli I prefer Rana brand (this is not a sponsored post)
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. dried oregano
  • parmesan cheese shredded, to taste
  • marinara sauce optional, to dip

Instructions

  • Cook ravioli per package instructions (for added flavor add 1-2 tablespoon salt to the water).
  • Drain and cool ravioli.
  • Preheat air fryer to 390°F (about 3 minutes).
  • In a large bowl, toss cooked ravioli with olive oil, black pepper, and dried oregano.
  • Air fry ravioli in small batches (don't overcrowd the fryer basket) for 5 minutes. I usually fry in batches of about 12 ravioli pieces in my 4-quart air fryer.
  • Remove ravioli from air fryer, sprinkle with shredded parmesan cheese, and serve with marinara sauce. Enjoy!
